Mat 24:6 And ye shall hear of wars and rumours of wars: see that ye be not troubled: for all these things must come to pass, but the end is not yet.

The purpose of this series of end-time news is to alert my readers that we are most certainly in the end times. I could never have blogged about this when I was first saved in 1980. The world was “not there” yet. But the end is near because we see everything Jesus spoke of in Matthew 24 occurring before our very eyes!

Yes, wars and rumors of wars have been a part of our history and will continue. But have you ever stopped to think how different today’s wars are from those of yesteryear? Is it any wonder that the Apostle John used such phrases as: “like unto,” “as it were”! (see Revelation 9:7) Never have the wars of the past been able to fulfill such descriptions! Christians used to think these verses were symbolic; but we now see that they are not. If we don’t understand a verse in Revelation or Daniel and believe it to be symbolic, just think: in another five years, symbolism may turn into reality!

Christians wonder how the antichrist will be able to control the people. Is it possible that this will be one of the weapons used to subdue those who will fight against him? Who knows! But one thing is for certain, the Church will NOT be here to experience these things because the Church will have departed in the Rapture before the antichrist is revealed. Unfortunately, all those who are saved (due to the preaching of the Two Witnesses in Revelation 11:3 and the 144,000 in Revelation 7:1) will have to die for their faith. (Revelation 20:4) There will remain a faithful few who will manage to hide from the antichrist and will live to see the Second Coming of Jesus Christ with His Church to defeat the antichrist at the Battle of Armageddon.

The time is coming when it will be too late for you to repent. You will remember each opportunity you were given by God to be saved; you will remember each time you laughed it off and ignored it. Please Reader, repent and accept Christ into your life. (Act 16:31, Rom 10:9) I want to be sure that anyone who reads the posts on this blog can know beyond a shadow of a doubt that they are going to Heaven. Have you received Christ as your Saviour? If no, your sins are not covered by His sacrificial offering of Himself. You have not been redeemed by His blood. It’s not only here in the United States, but people all over the world are seeing wars and conflicts. There are many rumors of wars and there are blatant all out wars, like that of Russia and the Ukraine. Make no mistake, the Bible is never wrong! NEVER!

Is it any wonder that the suicide rates are as high as they are? Does it surprise you why people are confused and looking for answers? But where are they going to for those answers? One would think that they would be flooding the Bible-believing churches by the thousands to see what God’s Word has to say. But no, people don’t want to seek biblical warnings about their sinful nature. Why should they want to feel worse, they ask themselves. Instead they go to motivational “preachers” to hear messages that make them feel good. But guess what? Those sermons do not do anything for the soul. They do not lead a person to repentance of their sins. They do not reveal to them that God is waiting to fill that emptiness inside with the presence of His Holy Spirit once they accept the beautiful Gospel of Jesus Christ and the salvation for which He gave His precious blood! Repentance is key!

Luk 24:46-47 And said unto them, Thus it is written, and thus it behoved Christ to suffer, and to rise from the dead the third day: (47) And that repentance and remission of sins should be preached in his name among all nations, beginning at Jerusalem.

For without repentance, there is no change. A person has to have evidence of the new birth! This is why you see so many “so-called” Christians living worse than the religious people in their cities!

2 Co 5:17 Therefore if any man be in Christ, he is a new creature: old things are passed away; behold, all things are become new.

Is it any wonder then that people are afraid of what is coming? Will those wars and rumors of wars come to our own country? The world is falling apart at the seams and there doesn’t seem to be any turning back.

As born-again Christians, we need not fear what is to happen during these end times. Jesus Christ will Rapture His church before the worst events of the end times come about. He keeps us safe in Heaven while God unleashes His wrath upon an unbelieving world. If you are not born again, do so before it is too late. People who get saved during the Tribulation will likely lose their lives.

Prophecy of Messiah:

Psalm 22:7-8 All they that see me laugh me to scorn: they shoot out the lip, they shake the head, saying, (8) He trusted on the LORD that he would deliver him: let him deliver him, seeing he delighted in him.

Rise and shine 😊! Even though we are close to the end of October, we can already see the signs of Winter approaching near the Blue Ridge Mountains. I don’t know what it is about Winter that makes me feel as though we are nearing the end of our seasons. I suppose it is because everything goes into a dormant state, leaves falling, grass turning brown, etc. I believe it’s a good analogy as to where we are in prophetic times, don’t you agree?

We are reaching the end of the world as we know it. The Rapture can happen at any time and we are seeing the world heading toward a one-world government and religion. Why do I say that? The wars and rumors of wars are upon us (Matthew 24:6, Mark 13:7) and ecumenism is spoken of in the news as if it is something good! This article makes it quite clear that the world is pushing forward to unite all religions by creating a platform, the Abrahamic Family House, that unites Jews, Christians and Islam. The Catholic Pope is leading this effort with Ahmed El-Tayeb. The Abrahamic Family House will house St. Francis of Assisi Church, Imam Al-Tayeb Mosque and Moses Ben Maimon Synagogue. Wow! Just wow! Even Wikipedia’s description of the Abrahamic Family House is disconcerting:

Friend, if this doesn’t wake you up as to where we are in the end times, I don’t know what will!

Let’s get back on point to see how Jesus fulfilled today’s Scriptures about the Messiah. In my opinion, today’s verses make it quite clear that Jesus did in fact fulfill this prophecy. I understand that as Christians, we are looking back and have the full knowledge of what happened. But we must remember that Israel had the Old Testament books. Once they witnessed what happened at the crucifixion of our Lord Jesus, they should have recognized that prophecy was being fulfilled before their very eyes. Just as I pointed out in my opening about the one world church, we Christians should see the groundwork of fulfilling the prophecy of Revelation 17:1-18! Israel had the same type of prophecies as we do today. They just refused to “see.”

Prophecy of Messiah Fulfilled:

Matthew 27:39-43 And they that passed by reviled him, wagging their heads, (40) And saying, Thou that destroyest the temple, and buildest it in three days, save thyself. If thou be the Son of God, come down from the cross. (41) Likewise also the chief priests mocking him, with the scribes and elders, said, (42) He saved others; himself he cannot save. If he be the King of Israel, let him now come down from the cross, and we will believe him. (43) He trusted in God; let him deliver him now, if he will have him: for he said, I am the Son of God.

My friend, don’t be swayed and blinded by anyone’s opinion. Open your Bible and the Holy Spirit of God will show you. It is His job to teach us (John 14:26). This is why He is called the Comforter; we do not need to fear what God has already told us in His Word. We should not be taken by surprise! We have not been left to our own devices, nor was Israel! They had the prophets to learn from and then the written scrolls came between 1660s to the 400s B.C. This was over 400 years before Christ came. This was enough time for them to learn. Granted, the scrolls were not in every home at that time as we have the complete Bible in our homes today. But friend, you must realize that God does not condemn the innocent. He gives everyone an opportunity to be exposed to salvation. If a person in the most remote tribe in the deepest Amazon jungle were to search for Him, in His mercy God would send a missionary to tell him about salvation. Romans 10:14 tells us that it is the same with everyone! Someone will be sent to preach the precious Gospel of our Lord Jesus Christ! Whether it be in person or on the Internet, everyone will hear. It occurred in the Old Testament when Ruth clung to her mother-in-law. It occurred when Rahab helped Joshua escape. She was a Canaanite which was Israel’s enemy. But friend, we are not God. We cannot be so high-minded that we would know what His plans are. But one thing I know for certain is that He is the God of mercy (Psalm 86:15). If someone wants to know Him, He will make sure that He reveals Himself to that person, one way or another.

Do you know Him personally or do you only know of Him? I want to be sure that anyone who reads the posts on this blog can know beyond a shadow of a doubt that they are going to Heaven.
