1 Cor. 15:52  In a moment, in the twinkling of an eye, at the last trump: for the trumpet shall sound, and the dead shall be raised incorruptible, and we shall be changed.

Time of Uncertainty

We now live in a time where we cannot trust what anyone says is true. Isn’t that sad? What’s even sadder is that we can no longer take what is even preached out of the pulpit as being true to the Bible. Preachers twist the Scriptures in order to serve themselves. Take Joel Osteen, for example. I do not follow him but have seen interviews with him. How sad that he does not point the unbeliever to Christ! So how can anyone really know that they are reading and hearing the truth when they go to church or open a Bible? With what and/or how do we measure the truth? These are all vital questions and there are answers!

In order to become a doctor, one must learn from books written by scientists and doctors. They trust that what they are reading and learning are true because of the authenticity of those authors. In the Christian faith, the standard of truth is the Bible. We know this because Jesus Christ Himself quoted the Scriptures throughout His ministry. In fact, He said:

~John 10:35b … the scripture cannot be broken;

Christ laid the foundation for truth to His disciples and pointed them to it. Jesus is qualified to do so because He is the Word of God, made flesh, so He could convey those words to man. Throughout Christ’s ministry, those words were revealed and recorded by men through the power of His Holy Spirit.

~John 14:6 Jesus saith unto him, I am the way, the truth, and the life: no man cometh unto the Father, but by me.

Christ also prayed that His disciples would be set apart and grounded in this truth, then He pointed them to what was considered to be the truth.

~John 17:17 Sanctify them through thy truth: thy word is truth.

God’s Word is not only the truth but it contains the only truth for anyone who wishes to find it. Anything else is a forgery or a knock off.

The world thinks that people who read the Bible, and live by it, are weird and uninformed. However, the opposite is true. The Bible is so current that prophecy is being fulfilled in front of our very eyes! The world can believe what they want, but our duty is to tell them that what they are seeing in current events was predicted first in the Bible. People want proof so show them the proof!

I have a text file on my computer where I add any current event that has been prophesied. This helps me to remember the Scriptures as they relate to modern-day events. I am able to share these events and point people to the Scriptures as they relate to what is happening. Once I have their interest, I am able to share the Gospel.

Salvation is a choice. Exactly what have you got to lose if you choose salvation? You will go to Heaven at the Rapture or at your death if you are saved. If you believe the lie that God would not send anyone to Hell, then you will go there. God is a righteous Judge and He will send you there, but only because it was your choice. Have You Made Your Reservation?

1 Peter 1:3-5  Blessed be the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, which according to his abundant mercy hath begotten us again unto a lively hope by the resurrection of Jesus Christ from the dead,  (4)  To an inheritance incorruptible, and undefiled, and that fadeth not away, reserved in heaven for you,  (5)  Who are kept by the power of God through faith unto salvation ready to be revealed in the last time.

For those who believe they can lose their salvation, today’s verses should be an eye opener. There is one reason that there is so much dissention between once saved always save proponents and those that believe you can lose your salvation. What is that reason?

There are people who pray a little prayer at the altar because their hearts were “stirred.” There is no heartfelt acknowledgement of their sin, no sorrow for their sin, and no repentance.

Today’s verses make it quite clear that our eternal salvation is not dependent on what we do or don’t do in order to keep it. Once we have been truly born again, salvation is finished and it is kept by God. Our inheritance (new life in Christ) is incorruptible, undefiled, and cannot fade away! We have a reservation in Heaven waiting for either our death or the Rapture! Peter ends with verse 5 with the fact that we are kept by the power of God!!!! We are not kept by our own works and good deeds. Granted, after we are saved, we should desire to do the Lord’s word, but that is not what will keep our salvation.

To Trust Or Not To Trust

Some trust in chariots, and some in horses: but we will remember the name of the LORD our God. Psalm 20:7

Chariots and horses were the tanks and fighter jets of David’s day. Battles were won because of chariots and horses. But in that same statement, David goes on to say that he would remember the name of the LORD our God. Do we remember the name of the Lord in our day-to-day trials and battles?

[A Song of degrees.] I will lift up mine eyes unto the hills, from whence cometh my help. (Psa 121:1)

My help cometh from the LORD, which made heaven and earth. (Psa 121:2)

Do we really know where our help comes from? Do we realize just Who loves us? God loves His creation! Our King will not lose! The battle is not ours, my friend. The battle is His.

And all this assembly shall know that the LORD saveth not with sword and spear: for the battle is the LORD’S, and he will give you into our hands. (1 Sam. 17:47

The Book of Revelation shows us Christ is the Victor in the end! He will have the final victory over the enemy! I found it interesting that the phrase “every knee” appears only three times in the Bible. Each time, the reference is to Christ!

I have sworn by myself, the word is gone out of my mouth in righteousness, and shall not return, That unto me every knee shall bow, every tongue shall swear. (Isa 45:23)

For it is written, As I live, saith the Lord, every knee shall bow to me, and every tongue shall confess to God. (Rom 14:11)

That at the name of Jesus every knee should bow, of things in heaven, and things in earth, and things under the earth; (Phi 2:10)

We will all bow our knee to the King of kings and Lord of lords at His coming! Our trials and battles on this earth will all be behind us! Jesus Christ, the King, will have won not only the great battle of Armageddon, but He will have won the war against Satan! Ole slew foot’s time is almost over! He is fighting his battles with all fervency trying to defeat the Christian. Are you going to allow the devil to win in your battle? If you do, you will be ashamed when you stand before Christ and give an account for your little faith. Why not have victory instead so your tears will be tears of joy and not of shame and sorrow?!

Believing a Lie

Rom 1:18  For the wrath of God is revealed from heaven against all ungodliness and unrighteousness of men, who hold the truth in unrighteousness;

Nazi propaganda minister Joseph Goebbels said that if you repeat a lie often enough it becomes the truth. Today, more than ever, no one wants to be held accountable for their actions or their sins. It’s always someone else’s fault. We hear, even amongst Christians, that God is a loving God (which He is) and He would not send someone to Hell.

If you disobey the law of the land, the judge would give you a ticket and/or he would put you in jail. You wouldn’t say, “The judge is a loving judge, and he would not send someone to jail.” The judge didn’t send you to jail because he felt like it. He sent you to jail because you disobeyed the law of the land.

Why would you think that God would not judge you, find you guilty, and send you to Hell? He doesn’t send you to Hell because He feels like it. God sends us to Hell because we did not obey the Scriptures. To top it off, God knew we could not possibly keep all 613 Jewish laws, let alone the Ten Commandments. That is why He personally came to earth in order to offer Himself as a sacrifice for OUR sins. The only thing we have to do is believe that and accept Christ as our Saviour!

God’s wrath only falls on those who choose to ignore Him. You cannot find one verse in the Bible where God’s wrath fell on the righteous (those who believe in Him through faith). You may find it hard to believe in the Bible as I did. But it came to a point in my life where I knew there had to be more to “religion” than the works of the church I attended.

Rom 8:1  There is therefore now no condemnation to them which are in Christ Jesus, who walk not after the flesh, but after the Spirit.

The end of times is at hand, Reader. God’s wrath will fall upon an unbelieving world during the seven-year Tribulation. You do not want to be here for that. Now is the time for you to be saved.

2 Cor 6:2  (For he saith, I have heard thee in a time accepted, and in the day of salvation have I succoured thee: behold, now is the accepted time; behold, now is the day of salvation.)

God’s wrath is not something you want to experience. What have you got to lose if you choose salvation? You will go to Heaven at the Rapture or at your death if you are saved. If you believe the lie that God would not send anyone to Hell, then you will go there. God is a righteous Judge and He will send you there, but only because it was your choice. It’s Your Choice!

~Genesis 1:26 And God said, Let us make man in our image, after our likeness: and let them have dominion over the fish of the sea, and over the fowl of the air, and over the cattle, and over all the earth, and over every creeping thing that creepeth upon the earth.

~Genesis 2:17 But of the tree of the knowledge of good and evil, thou shalt not eat of it: for in the day that thou eatest thereof thou shalt surely die.

~Genesis 3:22 And the LORD God said, Behold, the man is become as one of us, to know good and evil: and now, lest he put forth his hand, and take also of the tree of life, and eat, and live for ever:

Man was created in the “likeness” of God, and He created them with the choice between good and evil. However, since man was not God, he was not able to say no to sin when given that choice.

God gave Adam and Eve the awesome privilege of living sin free as long as they obeyed one rule: not to eat of the tree of the knowledge of good and evil. At this point, Adam and Eve only knew “good.” You would think that they would understand how great their life was, and they wouldn’t want to do anything to jeopardize that life. However, they were easily deceived by Satan. He cast a shadow of doubt on God’s words (much like today’s attacks on the Bible). In Genesis 3:1, Satan said, “hath God said”? It caused Eve to question what God had told them. It further caused her to add to God’s words with ” neither shall ye touch it”. God didn’t say not to touch the tree but merely not to eat of it.

So from the beginning of man, it has been man’s choice to disobey God. Initially, Hell was created for the devil and his angels, not man. Hell was there before Adam and Eve came along.

~Matthew 25:41 Then shall he say also unto them on the left hand, Depart from me, ye cursed, into everlasting fire, prepared for the devil and his angels:

However, because man has chosen to sin, man has also chosen to go to Hell.

~Ezekiel 18:4 Behold, all souls are mine; as the soul of the father, so also the soul of the son is mine: the soul that sinneth, it shall die.

~Romans 5:12 Wherefore, as by one man sin entered into the world, and death by sin; and so death passed upon all men, for that all have sinned:

~Romans 6:23 For the wages of sin [is] death; but the gift of God [is] eternal life through Jesus Christ our Lord.

God provided a way for man to go to Heaven, but again, it is man’s choice – as it always has been. We have a loving God. Sending people to Hell isn’t what He wanted. He gave man a choice from the beginning. God’s choice is for man to live a wonderful, sin-free life, just as Adam and Eve had the opportunity to have!

Why would God create man if all He wanted were robots who always did what they were told without choice? It’s evident that God wants us to love Him by choice, not because we have to. God gives us every opportunity to be saved from the choice of going to Hell. However, it is the hardened heart that refuses God’s love and His Heaven.

It is man’s natural instinct to blame someone else for his undoing. Adam blamed, Eve. Eve blamed the serpent. Today, man blames God for sending people to Hell rather than praise God for providing a way to Heaven through Jesus Christ! It’s man’s choice to sin that takes him to Hell, not God.

God Has Something New For You Daily!

Lam 3:19-25  Remembering mine affliction and my misery, the wormwood and the gall.  (20)  My soul hath them still in remembrance, and is humbled in me.  (21)  This I recall to my mind, therefore have I hope.  (22)  It is of the LORD’S mercies that we are not consumed, because his compassions fail not.  (23)  They are new every morning: great is thy faithfulness.  (24)  The LORD is my portion, saith my soul; therefore will I hope in him.  (25)  The LORD is good unto them that wait for him, to the soul that seeketh him.

Bible verses combined with a hymn can change the sadness of my heart in just a few moments. It is a wonderful combination of reading and worship. Top it off with a breath of fresh air in the morning sunlight and I have a remedy that fulfills today’s Scripture verses!!!

Great is Thy faithfulness, O God my Father
There is no shadow of turning with Thee
Thou changest not, Thy compassions, they fail not
As Thou hast been, Thou forever will be

Great is Thy faithfulness
Great is Thy faithfulness
Morning by morning new mercies I see
All I have needed Thy hand hath provided
Great is Thy faithfulness, Lord, unto me

This is what is needed in the hustle bustle of a busy world. When I was a busy working wife and mother, I did my morning devotions but they were “timed.” Now that I am retired, I have all the time I want to sit in wonder over God’s Word. Today’s Bible verses bring great wonder to me. How can the God of creation, the God of order, desire fellowship with me! Who am I to deserve such a time with Him?

Psa 139:14  I will praise thee; for I am fearfully and wonderfully made: marvellous are thy works; and that my soul knoweth right well.

Father, You created me and fashioned me. I am exactly what You desired as you formed me. May I seek Your face and live my life in honour of You. Your daily mercies and compassions keep me going as I walk the deepest valleys. I feel Your arm around me as I lean into You. May I bring You joy in my daily walk! Praise Your Holy Name, my Father, my Abba!

God’s Hate List

Pro 6:16-19  These six things doth the LORD hate: yea, seven are an abomination unto him:  (17)  A proud look, a lying tongue, and hands that shed innocent blood,  (18)  An heart that deviseth wicked imaginations, feet that be swift in running to mischief,  (19)  A false witness that speaketh lies, and he that soweth discord among brethren.

I was listening to a message by Chuck Missler on the topic of the seven things God hates. People are always talking about God’s love but not about the things He hates. God is not only a God of love, but also of judgment. Today’s church focuses mainly on God’s love but the preachers fail to teach on His judgment. That is one of the reasons why we don’t see much repentance.

I want to focus on one of the things God hates, and that is the shedding of innocent blood. We must first determine what that means. All answers to man’s questions can be found in the Scriptures!

The verses below reveal what is considered to be “life.”

Lev 17:11a  For the life of the flesh is in the blood:

Lev 17:14a  For it is the life of all flesh; the blood of it is for the life thereof:

The heart of man is what pumps blood to the entire body. It is at this spot that life begins and ends. When the heart begins to pump blood, there is life. When the heart ceases to pump blood, there is no life. A fetus’s heart begins to pump blood around three weeks after fertilization. Therefore, it does not take a doctor to teach a Christian that at this stage the fetus is a living human being. The Bible answers this for us. The world does not believe this, however. They see a clump of cells: anything to remove the guilt of abortion. But God says differently.

Deu 19:10  That innocent blood be not shed in thy land, which the LORD thy God giveth thee for an inheritance, and so blood be upon thee.

Psa 106:38  And shed innocent blood, even the blood of their sons and of their daughters, whom they sacrificed unto the idols of Canaan: and the land was polluted with blood.

Isa 59:7  Their feet run to evil, and they make haste to shed innocent blood: their thoughts are thoughts of iniquity; wasting and destruction are in their paths.

Innocent blood refers to someone who is not able to defend himself enough to be judged innocent. This includes a baby inside the womb. The devil has succeeded in convincing the world that if you look at an unborn baby as a clump of cells, you are not killing. Furthermore, if you can kill an unborn baby at any time, you do not have to be held accountable for having sex outside of marriage.

2 Kings 17:17  And they caused their sons and their daughters to pass through the fire, and used divination and enchantments, and sold themselves to do evil in the sight of the LORD, to provoke him to anger.

This verse may be in the Old Testament, but it is one of the things which God hates. God never changes and what He hated in the Old Testament, He hates still!

Mal 3:6  For I am the LORD, I change not; therefore ye sons of Jacob are not consumed.

God will judge those who passed their children through the fire of Molech (or Moloch). Do you notice anything about this image? The same evil plot formed by Satan is alive and well today. Granted, people aren’t throwing their children into a fire because they would have to throw in the mother as well. But evil-minded men have managed to devise a method of removing a precious life from the mother’s womb and killing it. The end result is the same as it was in the time of sacrifices to Molech!

(Lev 18:21)  And thou shalt not let any of thy seed pass through the fire to Molech, neither shalt thou profane the name of thy God: I am the LORD.

(Lev 20:2)  Again, thou shalt say to the children of Israel, Whosoever he be of the children of Israel, or of the strangers that sojourn in Israel, that giveth any of his seed unto Molech; he shall surely be put to death: the people of the land shall stone him with stones.

(Lev 20:3)  And I will set my face against that man, and will cut him off from among his people; because he hath given of his seed unto Molech, to defile my sanctuary, and to profane my holy name.

(Lev 20:4)  And if the people of the land do any ways hide their eyes from the man, when he giveth of his seed unto Molech, and kill him not:

(Lev 20:5)  Then I will set my face against that man, and against his family, and will cut him off, and all that go a whoring after him, to commit whoredom with Molech, from among their people.

(2Ki 23:10)  And he defiled Topheth, which is in the valley of the children of Hinnom, that no man might make his son or his daughter to pass through the fire to Molech.

(Jer 32:35)  And they built the high places of Baal, which are in the valley of the son of Hinnom, to cause their sons and their daughters to pass through the fire unto Molech; which I commanded them not, neither came it into my mind, that they should do this abomination, to cause Judah to sin.

All sin can be forgiven, even abortion. But friend, if you have read through this devotional up to this point, then you were meant to read it. But if you disregard the warnings, the devil will convince your mind to call this rubbish. Once you reach that point of no return, there is no hope for you. Don’t reach that point! Confess your sin and repent. Come to the Lord Jesus who provides peace. Click on this link and read how you, too, can be born again and forgiven of all of your sins! I am praying for anyone who has had an abortion to read through this post and receive forgiveness!

Do You Feel Alone Sometimes?

Then shalt thou call, and the LORD shall answer; thou shalt cry, and he shall say, Here I am. (Isa 58:9a)

Despite the hustle and bustle of the world around us, miles of traffic jams, and crowded stores, it is amazing how many people in this world suffer from loneliness. Man was not created to be alone. And the LORD God said, It is not good that the man should be alone; I will make him an help meet for him. (Gen 2:18) No matter how much of a loner one is, that person has a need for human contact at some point or another. Most are not loners, however, so human contact is a vital ingredient for healthy emotions. Loneliness left unchecked leads to despair.

As a born-again believer, I am encouraged by God’s Holy Word because He deals with this very subject over and over. God knew from the beginning that man could not be alone, and that he would suffer from loneliness. So much so, He included the beautiful Book of Psalms for encouragement and countless other verses throughout His Word. Our Father knows our needs because He created us. He knows everything about us. We cannot hide anything from Him, including our loneliness. [To the chief Musician, A Psalm of David.] O LORD, thou hast searched me, and known me. (Psa 139:1) I stand amazed that our God knows all of us in this intimate way. God has searched each one of us and knows us!

Even when we are at our lowest, the Lord is right there to lift us up through His Word. I think of David when he made this statement in Psa 27:10, When my father and my mother forsake me, then the Lord will take me up. David knew that his God would never forsake him. The Lord reassures His children over and over throughout His Word that He is faithful. for he hath said, I will never leave thee, nor forsake thee. (Heb 13:5b) Again, He assures us in Isa. 42:16, …These things will I do unto them, and not forsake them.

When we need comfort and reassurance, He promises to be there for us. I will not leave you comfortless: I will come to you. John 14:18 Our Heavenly Father is there every moment of the way in our Christian walk. And, behold, I am with thee, and will keep thee in all places whither thou goest, and will bring thee again into this land; for I will not leave thee, until I have done that which I have spoken to thee of. (Gen 28:15) God spoke to countless people in the Old Testament with words of encouragement. However, those same words can assure us that because He spoke to them in this manner, He will speak to us through His Word with the same impact.

We may fall asleep at night and forget the day’s trials and burdens but our God never sleeps and is ever watching out for us. Behold, he that keepeth Israel shall neither slumber nor sleep. (Psa 121:4Does that not bring you comfort? You are not alone, my friend. No matter how empty your house is, you are not alone. No matter if there is no one sitting with you in your car, you are not alone. Your Heavenly Father has placed in you His Precious Holy Spirit. He comforts you, teaches you and points you to Christ through His Holy Word. And I will pray the Father, and he shall give you another Comforter, that he may abide with you for ever; (Joh 14:16) (Emphasis mine).

How can you overcome your loneliness? Get in the Word, oh Christian. The Holy Spirit is waiting to bring that precious comfort to you. His comfort resides within the pages of your Bible but you must open it to receive it. But the Comforter, which is the Holy Ghost, whom the Father will send in my name, he shall teach you all things, and bring all things to your remembrance, whatsoever I have said unto you. (Joh 14:26) We get refreshment and encouragement within the pages of our Bible as we are drawn and taught by the Holy Spirit. How full of mercy is our Father! He knows every fiber of our being and provides living water for us to walk away refreshed. Our loneliness dissipates as we soak up His Word and see once again the light of day.

Once we are refreshed, we are commanded to go out and be a friend to someone. A man that hath friends must shew himself friendly: (Pro 18:24aNo one can feel alone when they are focused on helping others. There are people out there in need, whether physical, emotional or spiritual. God can use a believer who has overcome loneliness to minister to a lonely world. So many are lonely out there – won’t you let the Friend of all friends be your example? and there is a friend that sticketh closer than a brother. (Pro 18:24bDo you feel friendless? When you are born again, oh Christian, God calls you His friend. Greater love hath no man than this, that a man lay down his life for his friends. (Joh 15:13) Jesus paid the ultimate price to be your friend. You are never alone.

Treat your loneliness today with a good dose of refreshing time in the Word; then put feet to your refreshing time, and spend time with someone who is lonely. God will use your trials to minister to another and bring glory to His Name.

The Light of Our Path

Pro 4:18  But the path of the just is as the shining light, that shineth more and more unto the perfect day.

Those who trust in Christ as Saviour have such a beautiful advantage over those who do not. Many take the Bible for granted as they would any other book on their bookshelf. Oh how they lose out on the best self help Book that has ever been written!

The Bible is a light that points to Jesus Christ: from Genesis 1:1 to Revelation 22:21. Within its pages we learn about Him because He is the Light!

Joh 9:5  As long as I am in the world, I am the light of the world.

Within its pages we learn how to keep from stumbling.

Psa 119:105  NUN. Thy word is a lamp unto my feet, and a light unto my path.

Within its pages we learn about the Joel Osteen’s of the world and how to spot a false teacher.

Isa 8:20  To the law and to the testimony: if they speak not according to this word, it is because there is no light in them.

Within its pages we the sure word of God given to us by over 40 different authors throughout a period of roughly 1,500-2,000 years. The light of God’s holy Word does not contain one contradiction. It is said that the Bible contains 63,779 cross references, which means verses that are referred to in another part of Scripture.

2 Pet 1:19-21  We have also a more sure word of prophecy; whereunto ye do well that ye take heed, as unto a light that shineth in a dark place, until the day dawn, and the day star arise in your hearts:  (20)  Knowing this first, that no prophecy of the scripture is of any private interpretation.  (21)  For the prophecy came not in old time by the will of man: but holy men of God spake as they were moved by the Holy Ghost.

All of the Bible is a tapestry which is intricately woven with threads hidden in the completed work. There are no hanging threads in the back. You can look at the front or the back and see a perfect product.

We are so blessed to have God’s Word, neatly knit together and never compromising or contradicting other portions. How blessed we are to have God’s light shine on every page to guide and direct us!!!

Solid Ground

Photography by Linda Dunlap

(Deu 32:4He is the Rock, his work is perfect: for all his ways are judgment: a God of truth and without iniquity, just and right is he.

There are many titles for Jesus Christ. Today I am looking at the verses which contain the word “Rock” (capitalized) and how it applies to Christ. The Holy Spirit put these words in the Scriptures for a reason. It’s when we dig for gold that we find the nuggets, amen?

When we look at this verse in context, we find that this was part of a song of Moses. Each of the different names for God meets a specific need in man. What need does today’s verse provide for us? What do you think of when you envision a rock? I think of the coastline at Heceta Head Lighthouse in Florence, Oregon.

The rocks and mountainsides are so beautiful! They remind me of strength, stability and longevity. These rocks take the crashing of the waves without falling apart! When visiting there, they had pictures from when it was first built. The same three rocks are there today and they have not diminished throughout the years.

There is no better way to honor God than to recognize His strength in our lives. The believer needs to wholly lean on the Lord in times of desperation. It is these times that He draw us to Him. He is our strength. So how can Jesus Christ be the Rock in today’s verse? Let’s take a look at:

(Psa 27:1)  A Psalm of David. The LORD is my light and my salvation; whom shall I fear? the LORD is the strength of my life; of whom shall I be afraid?

David says that the LORD (when capitalized like this, it refers to Jehovah, the Lord) is his light and salvation. We will not only find Jesus here but we will also see that Jesus is God. All Scripture fits together and there are no contradictions found in its pages.

(Joh 8:12)  Then spake Jesus again unto them, saying, I am the light of the world: he that followeth me shall not walk in darkness, but shall have the light of life.

David said that the LORD is his light. Jesus said in the verse above, that He is the light of the world.

David also said that the LORD was his salvation.

(Act 4:10-12)  Be it known unto you all, and to all the people of Israel, that by the name of Jesus Christ of Nazareth, whom ye crucified, whom God raised from the dead, even by him doth this man stand here before you whole. (11)  This is the stone which was set at nought of you builders, which is become the head of the corner. (12)  Neither is there salvation in any other: for there is none other name under heaven given among men, whereby we must be saved.

Jesus Christ is the only way to heaven. There is no other but the LORD, Jehovah the Lord, Jesus Christ the Saviour of man! He is our Rock!

(Deu 32:4)  He is the Rock, his work is perfect: for all his ways are judgment: a God of truth and without iniquity, just and right is he.

Jesus Christ’s work is perfect – He came to earth in human form and lived a sinless life. He lived the perfect life so that He could be the perfect sacrifice for mankind’s sins. Only His sacrifice can forgive sins.

(2Co 5:21)  For he hath made him to be sin for us, who knew no sin; that we might be made the righteousness of God in him.

(1Pe 2:22)  Who did no sin, neither was guile found in his mouth:

(Heb 4:15)  For we have not an high priest which cannot be touched with the feeling of our infirmities; but was in all points tempted like as we are, yet without sin.

So, dear reader, we know that our LORD, the Rock, has the strength to save us – to guide us – to help us in our every need! Because He is our Rock, we don’t have to rely on our own strength but wholly lean on His strength! Praise be to God in the highest! Thank you, LORD Jesus, our Rock and our Deliverer!
